Senitra was so nice, engaging and handled the class well. A few disappointments that were out of her control...the bar music was so loud we couldn’t hear her instructions and we had to share the station with three other people. I thought it would be more one on one. I was disappointed that it was not set up in a real kitchen. We were using portable ovens which are not precise when it comes to baking such a delicate cookie. Overall we had a good time.

The class was so much fun! Our chef was personable and knowledgeable. Even though our macarons didn't end up being aesthetically pleasing, they still tasted delicious and I have a new recipe to try at home!
