Matthew Gaffney

Matthew Gaffney knows anxiety, stage fright, and the inner critic. He was torn between the worlds of expressing himself in the public arena and being absolutely overwhelmed with fear and anxiety in doing it. He pushed through and loves helping others do the same using the powerful process of theater improvisation. He now trains and performs improv and stand-up comedy in theaters and clubs all around LA.
