Teaches at Brooklyn Botanic Garden

Ashley Gamell coordinates Botanic Garden's Discovery Garden, a hands on learning garden for children. She also manages BBG's Education Greenhouses, comprised of desert, temperate, and tropical collections. Ashley holds a B.A. in Environmental Studies and a Horticulture Certificate from Brooklyn Botanic Garden, and is passionate about forging connections between people and plants.
