Sierra is a 500 RYT yoga teacher. She received her training at YogaWorks in NYC. Her passion lies in exploring movement and breath within her body, while cultivating connectedness within her community.

Sierra's focus is to create space in areas of the body that are stiff while promoting strength and ease. Her classes are playful in exploration and kind to the body with a heavy emphasis on alignment.
