Lisa White completed her first edit by linking together 2 VHS decks. Since then, she has been honing her skills and techniques on a variety of systems and formats. She is currently a media producer at BMCC, where she shoots, edits and technical directs for wide variety of live and recorded events at the college.

While narrative documentary is her “favorite” genre to edit, she finds that any visual story can be improved with a little editing. She’s worked with many students with different skills and needs over the years, helping them hone their technical skills so that they can tell their stories.
