Description
What you'll learn in this knitting class:
Kick your beginner knitting skills up a notch and learn to knit a hat!
In this two-part virtual workshop, we'll work to make our Everyone Hat. You will learn:
- Yarn & needle information
- How to knit in the round
- The rib stitch
- How to decrease stitches and switch from circular to double pointed needles
- How to follow a knitting pattern
- All the skills needed to construct a winter hat from start to finish
Skill Requirements: You must have basic knitting skills to attend this workshops, including: casting on, knitting and purling. Our Open Beginner Knitting (or equivalent experience) is a prerequisite to this class.
Materials and Tools Required:
- 1 ball Crazy Sexy Wool (plus extra yarn colors for pom pom if desired)
- Size US 15 circular knitting needles (16" length)
- Size US 15 double-pointed knitting needles
- Optional: Large pom pom maker
Refund Policy
We do not issue refunds on workshop registrations.
- If you register for a workshop and later become unable to attend, we will gladly offer a credit if you notify us at least 5 business days before the workshop.
- We are unable to offer credits of any kind, or honor reschedule requests, with less than 5 business days advance notice.
In fairness to all of our customers, we are unable to make exceptions to our policy, including for reasons of illness or travel. If you are unable to attend a workshop at the last minute, we suggest giving your spot to a friend!
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
