What you'll learn in this self improvement class:

Becoming the Best You Ever: Simple Steps to Falling in Love with Your Life

Many of us spend too much time imagining how great our life could be or should be if only something were different.

Come spend a morning taking a deep dive exploring how to transform the life you’re living into the life you love with five simple accessible tools. Whether you’re feeling like you could use a happiness tune-up, or you’re navigating a divorce, break-up, death or other massive life change, this workshop will hand you the resources you need to press reset on your life beginning today. Walk away with simple transformational tools that you can integrate into your daily life right away.

Gabrielle Hartley, The founder of The Positive Divorce Movement and the creator of carefully curated Better Apart Method, which the New York Post compared to Marie Kondo’s Tidying Up, will lead you through a simple, fun, and eye-opening process to transform your perspective and habits.

This workshop will address the power of activating our inner agency to tune up the mundane and to navigate life’s toughest transitions including the importance of a grieving process during change (new career, separation, move, retirement). The focus will be on engaging with the five key elements to becoming the Best You Ever and the tools you need for life’s modulations: Patience Respect Peace Clarity Forgiveness.

Learn to take a step back, embrace the idea of taking it slow to get there faster; develop self-respect, get in touch with what serves you, and understand how important boundaries can be; recognize that the most important person to forgive is yourself, and that the steps that make it possible.

In this active workshop, participants will learn through presentation, writing exercises, small groups discussions, and brainstorming exercises. All of which can be carried outside the classroom for becoming the best you ever.

Lunch included.
