Grief and death are rites of passage and are best experienced consciously and deliberately. Much work is done to focus on the literal needs of those who are dying and those who are grieving; however, mythic and energetic processes surrounding death and grief are essential to being conscious and deliberate.
Whether the experience is a sudden traumatic death or a slower transition, the mythic and the energetic shift the very essence of how we experience death and dying and allow us to rediscover how to embrace life as well.
In this one-day workshop, we will focus on the mythic by celebrating being the creators of our own stories and the energetic by honoring the fields of possibilities that interconnect each of us. By creating rituals to honor grief and death, designing ceremonies for transformation, and celebrating a successful passage, we embrace life, grief, and death.
