We loved the class. Carolyn was a great instructor, made it fun, and made us feel like mozzarella making stars. To top it off the mozzarella we made tasted great, especially with basil, tomato, balsamic glaze and of course a glass of wine.

Carolyn was an excellent instructor. She took her time with us, was very helpful in explaining every aspect of the process, and we really enjoyed the course! Would definitely sign up for another course taught by Carolyn. Oh... and the Mozz was delicious!

This probably would have been 5 stars if the class was not virtual. The leader was amazing! She was friendly and supportive and took time to assist when one of the participants needed to catch up. The only problem was that there were three participants, one who just viewed because she didn't have all the supplies, and two others, myself included, who attempted to make the mozzarella remotely. Both myself and the other "chef" were not able to make the cheese, mine because the curds were too small and didn't congeal and the other because the curds were too dry and fell apart. The culprit appears to be the rennet that we used, but if the class was in person it might have been apparent that we needed to adjust the recipe in time to have it come out properly. So the lack of the final star wasn't at all due to the leader or the course itself but most likely due to the inability of the instructor to closely view the process.

She is so lovely and amazing. I didn't get my rennet in time so I sat in on the class and still learned so much. I feel confident to try it on my own and really can't wait to take another class with her again soon!
