Xena earned a Master's in Public Health and an MBA from Columbia University, as well as a Certificate in Gardening and Sustainable Practices from The New York Botanical Garden.

Herbal Saturday: Herbal Infusions and Decoctions

The teacher was lovely. The course got started 20 mins late and most of the attendees were part of a day long group. Within the day long class they broke it up into three other smaller classes. It was a weird experience.
