What you'll learn in this self improvement class:

Learn the keys to being an effective agile leader through exercising your creativity in movement, voice, and communication!

A one-of-a-kind workshop on Being Agile. While agile certifications are a dime a dozen, we still find that most leaders and organizations struggle to embrace agile transformation and improve ROI. The missing piece, we believe, is mindset and culture, or "Being Agile." Going beyond the tools, rituals, and processes and cultivating greater self-awareness, creativity, and mindfulness are essential for agile leadership to thrive.

This unique workshop blends disciplines and concepts from modern dance, vocal technique, non-violent communication, neuroscience, and more to help you on your personal journey towards agility in leadership. See how transforming yourself within through creative experimentation and letting your guard down changes the way you lead and interact in the world, no matter your role. We will conclude with a discussion circle to reflect on the experience and how we can bring our new insights into everyday life.
