For those who are encountering difficulty in trying to streak and properly set up their chocolate decorations, this is the class for you. (Believe us, you’re not alone)

With the Chocolate Tempering class, you’ll learn the proper way to temper chocolate as well as create delicious make hand-made truffles. By the end of the class, you will have gained the necessary skills and insider tips necessary for mastering the seemingly tricky art of chocolate decorating.

At the end of the class, you will have your own box of hand-made and dipped chocolate truffles to take home.

NY Cake Academy classes are not eligible for refunds, however they are transferrable. Students reserve the right to reschedule their class to an alternative date or time up until 7 days prior to the class date.

You may choose to give your place in class to another student. Please let us know in advance so we can have our paperwork in order. Class time may not be split up though. The same student will be enrolled in all days of a multi-day class.

All deposits & fees are forfeited for no shows.

We do not provide make-up classes.
